Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a pan with parchment paper and oil
Beat the sugar, oil, and butter together
Add eggs and combine well
Add everything else for the cake and mix until slightly fluffy
Add the batter to the prepared cake pans
Bake for 30-45 minutes Or until a toothpick come out clean
Allow to cool completely
Buttercream Frosting
Combine the butter, milk, and vanilla
Add the powdered sugar until combined
Add color or simple syrup if desired
Top the cool cake with the frosting and enjoy!
