Sourdough Discard Pie Crust Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1 Cup Sourdough Discard
  • 1 Tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 8 Tbsp Cold butter
  • Cold water As needed

Instructions
 

  • In a stand mixer, mix the flour, discard, salt, and honey together
  • Shred or thinly slice the butter
  • While the mixer is running, slowly add the butter
  • If the dough is dry, add 1 tbsp cold water at a time until a dough ball forms
  • Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and keep in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
  • Use dough for every recipe you want!
