Chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees
Line or oil cupcake pans
Mix all the ingredients except the chocolate together
Add the chocolate chips
Fill each cupcake spot 90% full of batter
Optional: add chocolate chips on top
Bake for 10 minutes
Reduce heat to 375 degrees and bake for 15 minutes
Test to make sure there are no crumbs with a toothpick
Preheat the oven back to 450 while those muffins cool
Repeat until batter is gone
