Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Cups Peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 Cups Chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 Cup Maple syrup
  • 1/2 Cup Peanut butter
  • 1 Cup Chocolate chips
  • 1-3 Tbsp Water As needed

Instructions
 

  • Mix together 3 cups of peanut butter, the protein powder, and maple syrup
  • It may be a little dry and crumbly
  • Add a tbsp of water and mix it in until the dough can be pressed together
  • I used 2 tbsp of water
  • Press the dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet
  • Press hard. This is important
  • Melt 1/2 cup peanut butter and chocolate
  • Spread chocolate over top of the bar dough
  • Cool in the refrigerator for 3 hours
  • Cut into bars and enjoy!
