Instructions
Start by rolling a large square from the prepared pizza dough
Cut the square into 2-4 rectangles depending on the size
The rectangle should be twice the size that you want the pizza pockets
Cut or poke holes throughout half the dough
Add pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings to the other half
Fold the half with the holes over the half with the toppings
Use fingers or a fork to seal the edges
Cook at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until both sides are brown
Optional: lightly brush the top with butter and garlic powder
