Quinoa

Milk chocolate

Tbsp
Coconut oil
Instructions
Heat a pan until very hot
Add quinoa
Cook until the popping speeds up and then slows again
Stir to make sure nothing burns
Remove from heat
Using a double broiler or a bowl on top a pan of water, melt the chocolate and coconut oil
Once fully melted, add the popped quinoa
Store until combined
Add mixture to a chocolate mold or to a parchment lined cookie sheet
Freeze for 30 minutes
Remove bars from mold or sheet
Cut chocolate if you used a sheet
It will be softer bars at room temperature or harder bars if kept in the refrigerator
