Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
In a bowl, mix the cornmeal, sourdough discard, and honey together
If it is too thick to easily spread thinly, add water
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Spread the cornmeal mixture as thin as possible on the baking sheet
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
Remove baking sheet and tear apart the mixture. It will be like a sheet
Tear into bite size pieces
Reduce oven temperature to 275 degrees
Baking for 40 minutes to finish drying the flakes
They will seem a little soft still while warm
Lightly coat the flakes with powdered sugar
Allow to fully cool before storing in a jar
Eat with milk like any other cereal!
